The Homebuyer Plus report is our own report which sits between a Full Building Survey and a RICS Homebuyers report. It is a comprehensive report similar to a full building survey which includes repair advice, a photographic schedule and a valuation but less technical detail. The report is more expensive but more in depth than a Homebuyers report, but cheaper than a building survey. This type of report is particularly suitable for properties built since the late Victorian period (1900) which are of traditional construction and in reasonable condition.

The main focus of the report is to provide a full list of defects and potential problems which may require further investigation, outlining only significant defects which affect value and not matters which could be considered routine maintenance.
The report is limited in technical content but will provide information on the most significant aspects of the property helping you make a reasoned and informed decision on whether or not to go ahead with buying the property and advise you what is a reasonable price to pay;
